BOXABL partners with UK distributor TerraCaita to bring factory-built homes to Ireland and Britain

Las Vegas-based modular housing technology company BOXABL has executed a representation, import and distribution agreement with TerraCaita Limited, a Bristol-based company focused on innovative housing and construction technologies, to introduce BOXABL's factory-built products across the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, as reported by PR Newswire. The agreement positions BOXABL's Casita unit for entry into two markets where demand for alternative housing delivery methods continues to grow.

Under the terms of the agreement, TerraCaita will lead local market development, regulatory engagement and customer outreach across the named territories. BOXABL will provide two Casita units to support display, demonstration and marketing activities within the region, with the agreement also covering collaboration on regulatory approvals and customer engagement initiatives to support future sales opportunities.

The Casita is a 361 square foot studio unit comprising a full kitchen, bathroom and utilities. The unit is manufactured in BOXABL's factory facilities and unfolds on-site in under an hour. BOXABL is also developing stackable and connectable box models designed to combine into townhomes, multifamily units or larger single-family homes, as well as the Baby Box, a smaller 120 square foot unit built to RV code intended for foundation-free setups.

TerraCaita describes its role as working with industry stakeholders, developers and public sector organisations to support the adoption of modern housing solutions, positioning it as an interface between BOXABL's US manufacturing model and the procurement and regulatory frameworks that govern housing delivery in the UK and Ireland.

The announcement comes as BOXABL advances toward a public listing through a planned merger with FG Merger II Corp., a Nasdaq-listed special purpose acquisition company. Stockholders of both companies have already approved the business combination, with the transaction expected to close in 2026.
