Tender prices for large commercial projects in Ireland rose by just 1.5% in the first half of 2025, continuing a steady trend of modest increases. The Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland says this levelling off offers a critical opportunity to move forward with stalled infrastructure schemes while pricing and contracts remain predictable.
