CWS invests in high-spec Blarney Business Park facility

CWS Workwear is set to establish a €20m, 32,000 sq ft Grade A laundry facility in Cork’s Blarney Business Park, marking another strategic win for the JCD Group-led development. Designed for LEED Gold certification and BER A3 energy performance, the project blends advanced automation with sustainability credentials, aligning with growing demand for operational efficiency and environmental responsibility in industrial construction.

The facility will join a roster of major occupiers, further cementing the park as a regional employment hub. With construction already under way, completion is targeted for Q1 2026 and operations to commence the following quarter.
