Fexco makes strategic investment in KSN Project Management to strengthen built environment offering

Kerry-based financial services group Fexco has announced a strategic investment in KSN Project Management (KSNPM), one of Ireland's leading construction project management consultancies, in a move that strengthens Fexco's business services division and expands its positioning across the property, built environment and sustainability sector. The transaction is subject to approval by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.

Business Plus reported that following the investment, KSNPM's management team will continue to lead the company under managing director Mark O'Neill, with the firm operating within Fexco Business Services as part of a shared go-to-market strategy.

Founded in 1998 and operating across Ireland and the UK, KSNPM provides multi-disciplinary construction consultancy services across education, residential, commercial and infrastructure sectors. The firm has supported the delivery of over 200 capital estates programmes for third-level institutions and statutory education authorities, contributed to the delivery of 20,000 residential units, and managed 12 major infrastructure delivery packages within Strategic Development Zones, covering drainage, water supply, utilities, roads, active travel infrastructure and public realm works.

KSNPM has also supported government departments in managing strategic projects under the National Development Plan, including purpose-built facilities and infrastructure programmes.
