Fit Out Conference 2026 expands line-up with three new speakers

The Fit Out Conference 2026 has revealed three new additions to its speaker line-up, joining an already strong roster set to take the stage on 11 June at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry.

Sara Cosgrove, Creative & Managing Director of Grove & Co, brings award-winning expertise in hospitality and residential interiors to the conference. Trained at Colefax & Fowler, Helen Green, and Brown Thomas before founding her Dublin studio, Cosgrove represents the intersection of craft tradition and contemporary practice that defines Ireland's high-end interiors sector.

Justin Treacy, Principal & Dublin Studio Lead at Perkins&Will, was named Fit Out Leader of the Year 2024. With nearly four decades shaping workplace strategy and design across Ireland, MENA, the US, and Australia, Treacy brings a rare combination of international experience and deep local market knowledge to the stage.

Lynne O'Loughlin, Director of Lynne O'Loughlin Design, is a Galway-based interior designer and ATU design lecturer. Known for clean, timeless work across residential and commercial projects with a sustainability focus, O'Loughlin brings a regional perspective and academic grounding that complements the line-up's practitioner voices.

The three join previously announced speakers including Tim Allen of HCG, Kay Killmann of GBCI Europe, Colin Falconer of C.J. Falconer & Associates, Graham O'Donnell of O'Donnell O'Neill Design, Ruth McParland of COADY Architects, and Conor MacCabe of Henry J Lyons, with further additions still to come.

Bringing together Ireland's fit-out community alongside an international advisory committee, the conference is designed to surface the conversations that matter most to the sector, from workplace strategy and sustainable design to the commercial realities of delivering complex fit-out projects.

Practitioners, designers, contractors, and occupiers are all expected to attend.
