Harcourt Technologies Wins MMC Project of the Year at Irish Construction Industry Awards 2025

Harcourt Technologies was awarded MMC Project of the Year at the Irish Construction Industry Awards 2025 held last October for its Grange Close project, which demonstrates how additive construction can deliver robust, safe, and lasting homes. 

The project highlights the potential of 3D printing to address real-world housing needs while delivering measurable impact for communities and the construction sector.

Judges praised the project’s innovative approach and tangible results. “Harcourt Technologies’ 3D printing prototype may be small in scale, but its impact is extraordinary,” the judges said. 

“As a proof of concept, it demonstrates exceptional innovation and the potential to transform construction. With strong data to back up its impact, this project highlights the power of technology to redefine what’s possible in modern methods of construction,” they added.
