C2O Global, founded in Ireland and operating in Australia, is on track to grow its workforce from 800 to over 2,500 within a year, reflecting a surge in demand across construction and commissioning projects.

The company’s revenue has more than doubled, rising from A$46.2m (€26m) in 2023 to A$102.5m in 2024. Current projections indicate a leap to A$240m in 2025, signalling a “serious pace” of expansion according to co-founder and CEO Paul Buckley.

This trajectory underscores the firm’s ability to scale rapidly while managing complex projects across construction and commissioning, highlighting both operational efficiency and market appetite. C2O Global’s ambitious growth plan also suggests significant opportunities for skilled labour recruitment and strategic partnerships.

For the construction sector, this performance illustrates how new entrants with a clear expansion strategy can quickly disrupt established market dynamics, setting a benchmark for growth and workforce scaling in high-demand sectors.
