Khansaheb Group acquires ANABEEB to expand infrastructure capabilities

UAE-based Khansaheb Group, a fourth-generation construction and engineering powerhouse, has acquired ANABEEB from EMSTEEL Building Materials PJSC (ADX: EMSTEEL) to enhance its industrial and infrastructure offerings. ANABEEB specialises in end-to-end PVC and GRP industrial pipe manufacturing, adding significant scale and technical expertise to the group.

With a legacy spanning over nine decades, Khansaheb Group operates across construction, facilities management, HVAC solutions, property management, and sustainability projects, as well as healthcare and aviation safety training.

The addition of ANABEEB strengthens its capacity to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions across water, wastewater, and industrial networks.

ANABEEB operates the largest CC-GRP pipe production facility in the region, with four production lines and an annual capacity of 33,000 metric tonnes.

The company manufactures CC-GRP pipes, PVC-U pipes and fittings, LD-PE pipes for drip irrigation, and multi-wall paper sacks for building materials. Its operations are designed to provide durability and performance for complex infrastructure projects.
