McLaren Construction Midlands and North has successfully delivered the UK’s largest cold store facility for Magnavale Ltd. This 474,283 sq. ft. state-of-the-art, automated warehouse is a game-changer in sustainable logistics. Standing 47 metres tall and powered entirely by renewable energy, it can store 101,000 pallets at a standard temperature of -20°C, setting new benchmarks for energy efficiency and automation.
