Monami Construction Wins Considerate Constructors Scheme Excellence Award at Irish Construction Industry Awards 2025

Monami Construction was named the winner of the Considerate Constructors Scheme Excellence Award at the Irish Construction Industry Awards 2025 for its Alta Verde Cross Avenue project in Blackrock earlier this year. 

The project achieved a certification of excellence through meticulous environmental planning, reporting, and an emphasis on sustainable practices, delivering a construction experience that prioritised both community and environmental care.

Judges highlighted the entrant’s commitment to sustainability and operational excellence.

“This entrant caught the attention of our judges for its outstanding Alta Verde project. Their commitment to sustainability shone through with high BREEAM standards, smart waste management, and the careful protection of existing trees within a mature landscape. With clear tracking, innovative measures, and a strong focus on community and environment, Monami Construction delivered a project that truly raises the bar for responsible building,” the judges said.
