QUBE Development appoints ASGC Construction as main contractor for Dubai luxury residential project ELIRE

UAE-based real estate developer QUBE Development has appointed ASGC Construction LLC as main contractor for ELIRE, Managed by LUX*, a 100-unit branded luxury residential development in Dubai's Business Bay district, with construction now underway and handover scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028. The appointment marks a significant delivery milestone for one of Dubai's most anticipated branded residence projects.

Construction Business News reported that ASGC brings extensive experience across technically demanding residential and mixed-use projects in the region, providing governance over planning, coordination and execution to ensure alignment between design intent, construction methodology and long-term operational requirements.

ELIRE represents the Middle East debut of LUX* branded residences, a hospitality brand under The Lux Collective, which partnered with QUBE Development on the project.
