Three more speakers confirmed for Fit Out Conference 2026 as line-up continues to grow

The Fit Out Conference 2026 continues to build its speaker line-up ahead of 11 June at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry, with three more practitioners confirmed for the day's programme.

Graham O'Donnell, Co-Founder and Creative Director of O'Donnell O'Neill Design, joins the stage as one of the leading voices in Irish commercial hospitality design. As co-founder of one of Ireland's most prominent interior architecture studios, O'Donnell brings a practitioner's perspective on the projects where fit-out creates feeling, not just function — the core subject of the Experience and Emotion panel.

Ruth McParland, Associate Director and Head of Interiors at COADY Architects, brings over twenty years of experience delivering complex, high-end environments across commercial, education, and residential sectors. As the leader of COADY's fit-out and interiors team, McParland bridges creative vision with technical execution across some of the most demanding briefs in the sector.

Conor MacCabe, Managing Director and Head of Interior Design at Henry J Lyons, brings over thirty years of award-winning global workplace projects to the stage. Having designed transformative environments for corporate and public clients worldwide, MacCabe represents the kind of cross-sector, cross-market experience that gives the conference its international dimension.

The three join a growing line-up of 22 practitioners drawn from across Ireland's fit-out sector for a full-day programme covering three themed panels, three hot topic sessions, and a leaders panel addressing the forces shaping the sector through 2027 and beyond.
